Global Travelers Club, assists individuals in obtaining premium airport lounge membership and Global Entry membership. By purchasing Global Traveler’s Club services, you accept these terms and conditions, as detailed here and on our website:

Authorization
You authorize Global Traveler’s Club to represent you in obtaining your membership from Canadian Customs, Border Protection Agency (CBSA), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and other relevant agencies.

Eligibility & Information
Your eligibility for services is based on the information you provide. Any discrepancies may delay your membership process, and Global Travelers Club is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, false, or misleading information. In such cases, no refunds are provided, and services will resume once you meet eligibility requirements.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Global Travelers Club, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a satisfactory experience for all our clients. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and considerate of both our clients' needs and the work put in by our agents. 

Circumstantial Refunds
The percentage of the refund, if applicable, is circumstantial and depends on the extent of work our agents have completed on your Global Entry application. This includes considerations such as whether the application has already been submitted to the governing authorities. 

Case-by-Case Evaluation
We understand that each client's situation is unique. Therefore, all refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Our team will carefully review the circumstances surrounding each request to determine the most appropriate solution.

Money-Back Guarantee for Declined Applications
We offer a money-back guarantee for all Global Entry applicants whose applications are declined by the governing authorities. This guarantee is a testament to our confidence in the quality and effectiveness of our services.

Non-Refundable Cases
Please note that refunds will not be issued in cases where an application is declined due to the applicant's failure to disclose any criminal records or offenses related to immigration or customs border services. Full transparency is required for the successful processing of Global Entry applications.

Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer care team customercare@globaltravelersclub.com with your application details and the reason for the request. Our team will then initiate the review process and communicate with you regarding the next steps. We strive to find the best possible solution for each of our clients and are dedicated to handling your concerns with the utmost care and consideration.

Premium Lounge Membership Refund Policy
At Global Travelers Club, we take pride in offering our clients an exceptional airport experience with our Premium Lounge Membership. We understand the importance of a comfortable and enjoyable lounge visit before your flight.

Addressing Unpleasant Experiences
If you encounter an unpleasant experience at any of our partner lounges, we urge you to contact us directly. Your feedback is crucial in helping us improve and ensure that your airport visits meet our high standards of quality and comfort.

Refund Policy for Lounge Experiences
In the event of a substantiated unsatisfactory experience at one of our lounges, we will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to understand what occurred and how we can rectify the situation. Depending on the nature of the complaint and the findings of our review, we may offer compensation, which could include a partial or full refund of your Premium Lounge Membership fee.

Our commitment is to ensure that you have a great flying experience even before you're in the air. We strive to provide lounges that offer tranquility, comfort, and excellent service. If your experience falls short of these expectations, we want to know so we can make things right.

Contacting Us for Lounge Feedback
To report an issue with a lounge visit or to inquire about a refund, please contact our customer service team with the details of your visit. We will promptly investigate the matter and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Global Traveler’s Club against any claims related to your breach of these terms, your use of our services, or your reliance on any service content

Claims & Disputes
Disputes arising from these terms will be settled through confidential binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario). The unsuccessful party will bear arbitration costs.

Criminal Activity
Criminal activity affects membership eligibility. Arrests, convictions, or court trials may initiate a new eligibility period, with no fee refunds. However, Global Traveler’s Club may hold and later resume your file upon eligibility.

NEXUS and Global Entry Submission Fee
A fee of $100 USD is required for the submission of each Global Entry application. This fee covers the administrative and processing costs associated with the submission of your application to the respective programs.

Payment of Submission Fee
This fee is payable at the time of your application submission and is in addition to any other fees associated with the Global Entry programs. Please ensure that this fee is factored into your budget when applying for these programs through Global Travelers Club.

Non-Refundable Fee
Please note that the submission fee of $100 USD is non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover the operational costs incurred during the application process.

As part of our commitment to providing comprehensive assistance with your travel membership applications, Global Travelers Club handles the submission process for Global Entry programs. Please be aware of the following submission fees:

Errors or Omissions
Global Travelers Club will endeavor to ensure accuracy in all submissions. In case of staff errors, Global Travelers Club will rectify the issue and re-submit necessary documents. No refunds are provided for such errors.

Timely Completion Documents
You are responsible for completing and returning your initial forms as per the “Global Entry Application” instructions. Global Traveler’s Club is not obligated to send repetitive reminders.

Misconduct
Misconduct towards Global Traveler’s Club staff will result in immediate file termination without refunds. Legal action may be pursued in such cases.
